Anyway, they are not really building 1000's of homes in Chiswick... they are building tangible investments for the uber-rich. They will only become homes if someone in power has the balls to pass a law sayin' that thems that don't live 'ere for loadsa months and leave them unoccupied give local councils the right to vet people and put people in them, and then they become affordable homes with reduced rents. If the property gets damaged then thems tenants that did the mess, have to repay out of deposit/dd to salary/docking of benefits etc. (subject to affordability), and council funds are used to bridge. |
