| But it's not discounted it's what Council demanded for many years. Your problem is that you're so anti car, obsessively so, that you can't see any other view than your own and, of course, you are never wrong. When will you get the message that people have a choice on how they travel - it's called democracy. Much the same as the Council have the right to withdraw the Vihara's permits and the Vihara have the right to object. Personally, I think £30 per permit is low and I hope that a compromise can be reached between Council and the Vihara. |
