| After numerous complaints from residents and ward councillors the following update was received last night. “Hounslow Highways are scheduled to complete works in Linden Gardens by Friday of next week (12th). Letters are going out to residents tomorrow morning to advise of this and SITA will be collecting the recycling tomorrow morning as well. On the parking side, residents of Linden Gardens will be able to park in the neighbouring CPZs (MC and CC) from tomorrow until the works are complete, they will also be advised of this in the letter drop being circulated by Hounslow Highways.” After keeping us in the dark for days lets hope that Hounslow Highways and Council will keep us all in the loop from now on! They might also want to review their customer relations procedure as many residents have described their experiences of trying to find out what has been going on in their road as frustrating to say the least!
