Another relic of history that the flag waving long live the British Empire Farage voting simpletons are so attached to. Really does make no sense whatsoever why the Falklands belongs to 'us', it's the equivalent in geographical terms of the Isle of Wight belonging to Argentina. Obviously it isn't quite that simple, as the population of the Isle of Wight isn't almost entirely Argentinian, but I can totally understand where Argentina is coming from (unlike at the time of the Falklands War when I was 6 and thought 'we' could do no wrong). |
