They have allowed it to control them instead of controlling it themselves. We fail to check and make the most of the recycling facilities which the Council does provide.  OK you say you do recycle but ARE you recycling ALL that you can in the facilities provided BOTH kerbside and ELSEWHERE eg where you are transporting your purchases FROM? What a load of tossers some of us really are! And WE ALL have to pay for those who don't pull their weight.
