| Are those of you with flats offered the lockable food waste bins so that you can separate any food waste? Separating that out makes the rest much pleasanter to deal with. Do you share green boxes - or do you have individual ones? It worked for us making rules that food waste had to be deposited in the kitchen rather than in every bin in the house. Then we have a couple of waste paper baskets. So waste paper and flattened card goes into those rather than into a kitchen bin. That is just a start. |
