| In which case as they are supposed to have done an assessment why would they think that you only need one set of bins? Do they think it is a single flat I wonder? If you can't get through to them either through the usual channels including Councillors then perhaps there is someone who doesn't want theirs who will lend or rent theirs rent out! The trouble is I imagine that when the requested bins are delivered it might really seem like the invasion of the dialeks. I don't understand the logic in charging for communal bins anyway so long as it is still household waste that is being collected. Perhaps someone will answer that one. |
