| Each flat received an individual letter advising that they would be provided with a wheelie bin, which would be delivered between 10 and 21 November. When the rest of the road received theirs, we received none. After chasing them up we were promised four. One arrived. A further chase elicited a promise from Naomi Markham that the remaining three would arrive during the course of last week. Now the LBH staff all seem to be out of the office for three weeks, no-one is replying to e-mails, and no more bins have been delivered. It is not the assessment that was at fault, it is the execution. |
