What legal obligations does a developer have in this matter? For instance would the failure to present images of the full visual impact of the development during the consultation period be grounds for refusal. Have they fulfilled their obligations in terms of publicity? They don't seem to have made much effort to have made people aware that they were holding exhibitions. Could the fact that Chiswick doesn't really have a local paper mean they were technically in breach of their statutory obligations to publicise their application? |
