Follow the money. The council charge the contractor for suspending spaces already paid for by residents. There's a no refund policy, so if the works need to be rescheduled unexpectedly, the council will still suspend the bays as they have been paid to do so. And then we pay for it through our utility bills. Trebles all round. |
