Or maybe they just don't give a s*it about the residents.I know which one my money see would be on.

Park where you usually do leaving a note in your windscreen saying which number you can be contacted at.If you get a ticket for parking in a suspended bay, Tell Hounslow they will have to justify it, in court if necessary. Suggest also that Hounslow might like to contribute towards your next residents parking permit, seeing as you are paying for these parking spaces.
