| Roger - 'shit all over' is a bit of strong language! I am merely stating my opinion which I have a right to do and the forum is a place for people to talk and express their thoughts. That is the whole point of a forum. You may have never had a bad experience trying to buy/sell a property, which is very lucky. But in my case, when I'll be handing over good, hard-earned money, I expect a decent service. In fact, I expect the basics and that would keep me happy but I was not satisfied with the service I got from Dexters. Hence why I asked if anyone else has had a similar experience. It allows me to get a better understanding of what I'm dealing with. People have come back to me with positive and negative remarks. The comments have been noted by dexters and in turn has made them realise that they may need to pay a bit more attention to client care and needs. It is not about getting anyone in trouble, just simply getting better service for what I'll pay for. The forum has helped me discuss ideas/expereinces with other locals. Maybe you're not quite ready for such openness? |
