Has anyone ever had a problem selling their proerty with Dexters in Chiswick? Because I am having a nightmare with them! Being someone new to selling a property, I got tied into a contract until the middle of July with them (15 weeks!!!). They have brought viewers to the wrong property before, they describe our property as an ex-council flat which it never was or is and they keep telling me to lower the price when I have another agent who is able to get me viewings at the price that I want. Plus, when people come to view our property on Saturdays, their staff just stand there and not explain anything...my husband and I find myself putting our selling hats on and explaining everything to the viewers while Dexters person stands aside. For a 1.8% commission, I'd expect a lot more. If anyone else had a similar experience, can you please let me know how you dealt with them?
