... I agree with this comment. From my experience agents lower property prices by 5 to 10% just to get quick sale and commission. Again I see no reason in using them neither jointly or exclusively. If you believe in the agent's sales & marketing talk, then I am surprised and speechless

… When I was buying a few years ago, I must had seen dozens of houses and I never saw the same person doing viewings twice. When I bought my house I never saw the agents face and I never been to their office – it was one of the Chiswick agents ;-)
