I vowed never to have anything to do with Dexters when we put an offer in through them and they told us it had been accepted, several weeks later I still couldn't get any confirmation on a proposed completion date so wrote to the vendor direct ......... it turned out that not only had our offer not been accepted but it had never been communicated to the vendor!  The Director at Dexters rang me to say that the agent I was dealing with 'got confused' ....... pathetic and dishonest!
