I found them very aggressive when we were selling our house through them (and another agent).  The assistant manageress phoned me after 2 weeks to say that we should lower our price by a massive amount.  When we were at the exchange of contract stage and there was a hold up with the our buyer's solicitors, she accused me of lying when I said that our side had been sorted for weeks.  We finally sold through Fletchers at a higher price.  Do you not have a get-out in your contract?  If you haven't done so already, speak to the Manager about your concerns.  Good luck selling your house - it's so stressful!
