It's definitely completely out of control. I was on CHR and saw a cyclist on the pavement, the bike had wheels like road rollers and it was flattening everyone in its path, and a flower stall. It was a terrible sight. But then a motorist came along and saved everyone. I think Councillor Biddolph should propose a vote of thanks at Hounslow HQ to this heroic driver?
