| Of course number plates could also be used to rectify the situation. Before anyone goes off on "but it's not possible" simply look at any Lime or other e-scooter to see how they affix the info to the smallest of vehicles. Once on both sides of the stem and once on the back above the tire. All in that nifty UK yellow all number plates come in. That combined with existing camera technologies (facial recognition, anyone?) and maybe a tweak here and there and, voila, you have a revenue stream. |
