I'd be really interested in learning more about what you are doing/planning/imagining. Camden Imagines has resulted in several traffic free areas. I am fed up with LBH's kowtowing to 'developers' (what an inappropriate name for people who destroy things, the environment, historic views, and who damage the planet with pile-driving, concrete monstrosities). None of the flats will be affordable to anyone born and bred in Chiswick. I think that affordable = 40% of prevailing market rent ... which is c£1 800 pm for a small 2-bed property? |
