| There was a basement car park in the old IMG building. Another assumption but I would say it is likely that rather than dig down close to the Hogarth Flyover and a mains pipe, this is simply being repurposed to provide the new parking. If I am wrong and the extra car parking spaces were being provided by digging a bigger hole, they would still need to resubmit new designs and a number of reports would have to be redone. It might not count as a material change but even so, there would be cost and delay. They may just decide to incorporate the loss into the feasibility report and get their money back that way. |
