| Vanessa, I am also dismayed at the numbers of children starting school who are unable to manage basic bodily functions, nor speak or understand simple English. Is this simply a bi-product of mass net immigration allowed over the past 17 years? Secondly, was it really necessary for the government to feed every primary schoolchild breakfast, costing taxpayers and diverting teachers time from actually teaching. Surely it doesn't break a poor family, or even a single parent that much to give a child a bowl of porridge or scrambled eggs on toast every morning? |
