| I really hate LTNs which, in many cases; are a massive sledgehammer to crack a tiny walnut. However, in the case of limited time closures for school streets they are a great idea whether implemented usings, signs, cameras or ,as in the case of the two schools streets (one closure serving two schools) by a parental rota placing three yellow cones out for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. Makes the journey safer with little, if any, colaterral disruuption. |
