| I’d check if doubling back is strictly OK as you’ll have passed the restriction sign and not ‘accessed’ anywhere. Presumably cameras would detect you entering and leaving, but a PCN might depend on how they’re set up to interpret those readings. While the official intention might be to stop through traffic in Thames Road, such that coming out the other end would appear to be the offence, the No Motor Vehicle signs they’ve used make the offence to enter that stretch of road in the first place - ‘Except for Access’, of course! |
