| I can't imagine it would be in Hounslow's interest to publish what the threshold is (assuming it's a fixed value) - that would simply serve to let those who chose to flout the restriction know exactly how long they need to stop for, so they don't get a PCN. And in any case, the restriction isn't whether you go past the two cameras in less than a certain time, it's whether you have passed the first camera to 'access' the area or not. (Mind you, it isn't clear what the limits of the area being accessed are allowed to be!) |
