| We already have regulations so that child benefit only goes to two children and there is a lot of fuss about that. There are too many tax loopholes and tax needs to be fairer. Wouldn't it be interesting if everyone who had the time for 'tax planning' actually had the money to spend on it? A reason why those who can afford it or who have the time to do it themselves should be paying more tax - surely? What would you call benefits? Just Child Benefit - or would you call schooling a benefit that can be done without. If you don't educate your population what jobs will you expect them to take - particularly when there is AI and automation of jobs to take account of. |
