I feel Chiswick Park station is slightly unusual since we lack safety intercoms from the supplier of the online safety intercom systems which passengers should be able to operate on either platform by pressing a red or blue button for information or emergency. The staff however remain very helpful which is greatly appreciated. All of the network I believe have these safety buttons on every platform. Turnham Green has plenty safety buttons but Chiswick Park only has one I believe near the ground floor ticket office. I also feel passengers would feel much safer if they knew they could easily access an emergency button on either platform and we need to avoid a major incident occurring and not being reported quickly enough |
