| "Many other Councils do not collect garden waste or have a reduced garden waste in the winter months." I have found only one other council, not local, that charges as much for such a restricted service. "Ealing Council will certainly give out bags to be used for street leaves. You just have to ask for them." Which they will deliver weeks later and then take many more weeks to collect. Complaints about this 'service' are common on social media. |
