| Philippa, really do think before you post. Collecting garden waste does not encourage people to concrete over their garden. I don’t know anybody who uses the council collection service who has decided to make their garden more prone to flash flooding or any of the other things you cite. If anything it’s the opposite, they look after their green spaces more. You should worry more about those who want a low maintenance garden. Those are the concrete delights, and plenty of them too. |
