| Since the closure of Bollo Lane Recycling (which needed a car) the garden waste scheme has been a real boon if you can't compost at home for some reason. If the council had said no collections in December and January I probably wouldn't mind, but February is when a lot of gardens have last years borders cleared and the first mow of the year. My garden bin is full for collections tomorrow as it was two weeks ago. |
