| Well, 14,000 plus subscribers in Ealing, all paying either £73 or £96 a year for the service is a pretty hefty bit of income. The council has never said if the paid for service costs it a substantial amount to subsidise. Presumably the lorry crews will be deployed elsewhere or just laid off. Or do they get paid gardening leave? |
