| Doesn't it avoid affordable housing contribution? Very small student accomm spaces without communal areas increases isolation and has been proven bad for mental health. I still worry about the height of buildings and fire and management and access etc since I believe there are still buildings which have not been remediated since Grenfell and other Inquiries and Reports. |
