It’s just so obvious that the area is being massively improved. What a dump (pi) it all was north of the railway line in 2000. And a very dangerous place after dark. I’m sure that the new residents will be fine with the supposedly limited parking and will benefit from the potential closure of the level-crossing despite the concerns of retired people on this forum.
