That's interesting to know. Perhaps the lack of enforcement action is down to nobody being particularly put out about what is going on. These buildings shouldn't have been put up in the first place but now that they are here, what harm if they are occupied all year round. If tourists are using them then that might be a small boost for local bars and restaurants. |
