| Why is that so many idiots on bikes cycle in the dark without front and rear lights? I think in Chiswick it is actually the majority. If they do have a light it's often only the rear and has a nearly flat battery. To increase their chance of death they often wear dark clothing as well. If they had an accident involving a car then I'm sure they would sue and blame the driver.... |
