Not just in Chiswick by any means, anywhere there’s a pavement really. Strangely , while monitoring Fishers Lane yesterday. In the space of an hour whilst in the park with my grandchildren, I spotted three cyclists , which is a record for me, one car sadly. More importantly possibly , three pedestrians walking in the road under the Fishers Lane railway bridge! Two quite elderly one of whom was walking her dog. I think cyclists might start to remonstrate about pedestrians taking over their space. Are these people oblivious to the fact that this is a bus route. Yes there’s only a narrow pavement but either wear a mask or wait for a clear space. A minute at most. I’d love to understand this but could bring myself to ask the question. |
