| In the evening and raining, going West along the High rd and trying to turn into turnham Green terrace. Waiting for the oncoming lights to change and they eventually do so you turn only to find there is a cyclist in dark clothing with no lights who has left it to the last second to cross or has jumped the lights. Over the years that's happened to me several times but thankfully I've not hit anyone as I learnt to look for the idiots. Whose fault would it be? If cyclists engaged their brain they'd realise how difficult they are to see without lights. The use of bike lights has been law since 1989. |
