| Compulsory Lights (for cyclists) after ‘sunset’ or twilight are a good idea - lights may already be compulsory? If so, something similar to ‘producers’ where you had to produce your driving license at a police station, except in this case evidence that you’ve acquired lights would be a good start. Reflective clothing - good idea - should only be compulsory if it is made compulsory for other vulnerable road users e.g. pedestrians on the road on unpaved unlit roads in the country. |
