| Some of that, but also people have been clearing out the shed/attic/cupboard under the stairs for want of anything better to do during lockdown. Every W London Borough is stressing that the recycling centres are open for essential needs only, so people should hold onto things for later unless they are likely to cause injury or illness, and you can't either fit them into your normal waste/recycling service (which has operated absolutely normally in Hounslow throughout) or use the bulky waste service 'Tidy Town' where we've recently reduced the price to £40 for up to 5 items |
