| Excel type box planning and the people who insist on using it and being inflexible have a lot to answer for. There are those who insist on trying to fit everything into those boxes but THEY HAVE TO BE ABLE TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. Leaves don't fall just to order. They do tend to fall mostly in Autumn though - and guess what - every year. Maybe not enough people in LBH have claimed compensation for the falls that they have? They have to be quick with taking photos for the evidence. With the prevalence of zero hour contracts more people are going to suffer - both those that fall and those who give up work to care for those that do. Not everybody gets up and walks/limps away - and the NHS isn't being funded for lots of extra patients. |
