| Yes, I think that's the case. The article below explains some of it but of course it is changing all the time. The truly bike people will let you know. They twitter the info. I should also have commiserated with you. It does seem a big problem. I guess it would also make it easier and quicker to alert to a bike's disappearance if you have a photo and the details easy to find.
