| I'd go a touch further here. Whenever I leave my bike in London that isn't my workplace, I'll double lock it. But with two different locks. I use a D-lock and a heavy chain lock. I vaguely remember watching a video of a 'reformed bike thief' and he was saying they only usually carry the tools to break one type of lock. Something about looking more suspicious carrying a jimmy bar/sledgehammer AND a massive pair of bolt cutters. |
