That is because you spoke to the Council! You need to log it on the Hounslow Highways website -http://www.hounslowhighways.org/38-contact.html. They are the ones who deal with it. The idea of logging is that there is then a record of it and how it has been dealt with. so try logging a general enquiry asking to meet with someone from HH. although of course it may be that Byron are one of the branches that will close |
