| All businesses have to have Trade Waste contracts and Hounslow Highways have done an amazing job with making sure that they all do. Businesses with annual turnover of over £2m have to recycle their rubbish so I have to ask why the Estate Agents put all their paper in General Waste sacks and why is there an 1100L bin surrounded with black sacks and goodness knows what else, on the pavement in Thornton Avenue. It appears to be the local tip as it always is wherever there’s a bin. I’ve tried with this but no response from the council or HH. With the litter bins I often see staff wearing waiters aprons putting bags or piles of magazines in litter bins but I’m not sure which restaurants they’re from. |
