| Is that the end of Thornton Avenue next to the tube station? I thought that the bin had been taken away because it was always such a mess with other dumped bags and rubbish around it. Weren't there recent changes to the regulations regarding producer responsibility so that branches of the same organisation have to be considered together removing a loophole? |
