| Iris I haven't used the HH website to deal with this but instead phoned and spoke to the council some time ago about persistent problems with Byrons on CHRd (I also spoke to the Byrons duty managers who happened to be on at the time btw but, particularly over bank holidays when the restaurant was busier and the bin emptying days delayed, the problems kept coming back). I was met with an LBH stone wall. No-one seemed interested and the only response I got to one particularly bad weekend when rubbish from loose black bags was strewn over the pavement was, as I said in my original post, that LBH said "We'll send the street cleaning team out to deal with it". Which they did, and they did a good job of cleaning up the mess. But nobody seemed able or willing to address the fundamental problem of a commercial operator being a bad neighbour. |
