| Too right. We are not going to buy this crap. The Earl of Burlington rightly used the gaff for orgies. I have spent many an apres midi with a chilled bottle of Chateau Rieussec,a punnet of strawberries and the poems of John Keats. Not to mention a leg over behind the conservatory and my annual poaching of a Swan for my Xmas dinner. Now they expect us to pay 3 quid for a thimble of gassy wee wee from a licensed snack bar. What are they going to do? confiscate our bottles! maybe some Council apologists can come on and explain this dumbed down rip off of the good denizens of Chiswick. Let`s have a bring a bottle party in Chiswick House Grounds. And stick two fingers up to the petty killjoys that think they can tell us what we can or cannot do.. |
