Ok coffee is good but all the rest is poor and NO cheap! I remember once I ask to warm up  something similar to a focaccia and the manager told me I should no eat it warm and I had to have it cold. WHAT?I was shocked! I bought it and kept quite no point to go there... I think many people prefer to get staff from home and avoid that counter ,,,if you queue there make sure you have a paper..you can wait  so much for a coffee...I hope someone will take it seriously...leave someone competent to be in charge of  this lovely place.
