Has anyone not noticed, around the corner from the glorious Teapot is a very overgrown tree which hangs down over the walkway.

At the junction of Thames Road and Grove Park Road, it caused my colleague and I to duck under the foliage at a place where we could continue our walk.

Is this not subject to Section 154 of the Highways Act 1980?

Take a stroll and check it has been attended to.

A sensible response? Perhaps the council should listen to the majority.
