| Yes David we have banked with HSBC for many years and at times the service was appalling. But unless you have a crystal ball or you are a financial whiz kid do not rely on savings. My very attentive book keeper always shared her knowledge with me and thought that I could sell my buisness and live off the interest of my savings.She thought that by to let was a perfect solution and that stocks and shares were everyones salvation. She could only see down a straight road.... I guesse that these thoughts are comfortable for those who have a very large treasure chest and can accept one or two dissasters. But for Mr and Mrs average what has occured is not understandable or easy to deal with. |
