| Oops, meant to say how soon an email is acknowledged - Councils tend to use call-centres/voicemails/automatically generated email replies to be able to 'boast' that 99% of calls are answered within 4 rings, the fact that you can't actually speak to the person you want to or that they never return your voicemails or send you a proper email response is of course not measured by the same targets. |
